The ULV tier would come right after Steam, in which the main circuit would be called the "Primitive Electronic Circuit", which would require a Primitive Circuit Board in the middle with 6 Vacuum Tubes (3 on the top, 3 on the bottom), and 2 Primitive Resistors on the side.
It would use a Primitive Steam Turbine for power (sorry, forgot to make the texture for it).
Then, the ULV Motors would be used for making the machines and also the ULV versions of covers (Robot Arms, Pumps, Conveyors, and Pistons)
ULV Pump: 16L/t
ULV Conveyor: 2 items/s
ULV Robot Arm: 2 items/s
(ignore the textures, I'm not skilled at making them so I didn't make them, sorry)
Then, with the circuits, you'd be able to make new ULV machines, which can be used for many things related to progression (which in this case I DID make the textures for, although they're pretty mediocre, sorry for that too):
Also, to match this change, the LV circuits and circuit parts would be changed, for example the Resistor needing a new type of paper made in the Primitive Chemical Bath using Electrolytic Paper and something else.
Then, the normal crafting table recipe for normal Circuit Boards would be deleted and it would need 1 GT Wood Plank and 8 Copper Wire in the Primitive Assembler.
And last thing, I'd like to suggest a ULV superconductor too: the Lead Acid Wire.
Here is the flowchart.
The Lead Acid Wire would require the Chemical Bath, Electrolyzer (for the Oxygen), Assembler, and Mixer. It would be, as the name suggests, a lossless ULV wire.

I also thought of an idea for a multiblock Centrifuge: the Low-Tech Centrifugal Unit (or LTCU for short). It runs 2x slower than the normal Centrifuge, but it does 8 recipes in parallel. (LTCU recipe)
