Brewing stands and potions will be removed. Status effects will be obtained from consuming more realistic things, such as strength from steroids, speed from adrenaline, various side effects from meth, and so on.
IMPORTANT: Disable milk buckets from cancelling all status effects. Negative status effects will be removed by taking medicines such as paracetamol.
"Inappropriate" compounds such as meth will be given nicknames or fictional names (like trollmium hydrocraftcide) to remain hidden from curseforge staff.
Enchantments
Enchanting table and enchantment books will be removed.
"Enchants" will be applied realistically. Sharpness is obtained by applying sharpening kits, protection is obtained by adding protective layers, and so on.
Due to the recent GTCEU tool changes, other "enchants" such as fortune will come pre-applied by making GregTech tools from special materials.

Sharpness - Whetstone/smithing, could use some kind of better sharpener or material to increase sharpness.
Efficiency - Handle/tool plastic improvements
Unbreaking - Reinforcement using materials ranging from stainless steel to PBI to naquadah alloys to carbon fiber and graphene.
Looting/Fortune - In the bin
Silk Touch - Dedicated tool (Small hammer)
Feather Falling - Binned in favor of long fall boots
Protection - Reinforcement/Structural
Fire Protection - PBI/Abestos reinforcement
