phase 1: overhauling the ICs to use the planar process phase 2: redoing the silicon stuff in MV and HV. HV circuits should use CMOS/MOSFET (akin to nand line) tech with full back end of the line and front end of the line processing, as well as a more complicated circuit board and full circuit production from the chips. HV tech should ideally have early 2000s technology. phase 3: SMD and component overhaul, similar to GTNH IV-LuV stuff that tech showed to us today. phase 4: ASICs and specialized chips phase 5: Exotic/esoteric semiconductor materials such as GaN, InGaP, etc. phase 6: EV CNTFET tech, EUV machinery, and electron beam litho

A quantum computer is a computer that takes advantage of quantum mechanical phenomena.

At small scales, physical matter exhibits properties of both particles and waves, and quantum computing leverages this behavior, specifically quantum superposition and entanglement, using specialized hardware that supports the preparation and manipulation of quantum states.

Classical physics cannot explain the operation of these quantum devices, and a scalable quantum computer could perform some calculations exponentially faster than any modern "classical" computer.
