phase 1: overhauling the ICs to use the planar process phase 2: redoing the silicon stuff in MV and HV. HV circuits should use CMOS/MOSFET (akin to nand line) tech with full back end of the line and front end of the line processing, as well as a more complicated circuit board and full circuit production from the chips. HV tech should ideally have early 2000s technology. phase 3: SMD and component overhaul, similar to GTNH IV-LuV stuff that tech showed to us today. phase 4: ASICs and specialized chips phase 5: Exotic/esoteric semiconductor materials such as GaN, InGaP, etc. phase 6: EV CNTFET tech, EUV machinery, and electron beam litho

suggestions:

• individual circuits for each machine (having a general circuit i.e UHV wetware processor and having it apply to all machines is a bit too simple, each machine type should have a circuit designed for that specific machine type) For example: chemical bath will have a chemical bath specific circuit for it, how its done depends on the implementation itself.
• modular circuitry: each circuit will be composed of modules and mini circuits
• more circuit variety, circuits made of different materials
• have storage and RAM as seperate components for gregtech computers (this includes research station multiblock, and more) if it isn't already
• quantum circuitry, quantum computing, seperate quantum line processing for quantum qubit circuitry which may be at around ZPM or UV
