Purge Configs #940

What

This PR should hopefully de-bloat the entire config folder (old/unsed configs determined by deleting the entire folder, running game and checking the differences from regenerated configs) Also includes tweaking cyberware .

oh wait they seems not displaying before the change ig it's fine to remove them anyways

tested in client and everything (recipes) seems to work fine
