What
This PR so far contains:
makes 1 clay block -> 4 clay dusts instead of 1 : 1.
hides techguns & industrial renewal ingredients (ingots, plates) from JEI.
hides industrial renewal lath recipe category from JEI.
buffs xnet upgrade kit recipe to output 4 instead of 1.
changes the cement dust texture to make it more obvious in front of JEI background.
adds a assembly recipe for the brass drum.
fixes https://github.com/SymmetricDevs/Supersymmetry/issues/937
