Lua parser was added to C++, as an optional. Needs separate Lua dependencies (still needs test on Windows).

As of Python, no extra scripting module will be included for now, since Python is also a scripting language. Possibly, we can include JSON scripting (as in Bibgrafo to-be-released version)
