Better key management #7

Allow importing of watch-only pubkeys, Allow default and assumed multisig addresses/signing

Implement forcedtypes system (save whether a key is x/y/z, or assume it from derivation path, etc and warn user if signing incorrect type of input)

show parent fingerprint, depth, index on extended key in some nice place if present

Add some kind of a table (with filters) as an additional option for viewing/managing keys
