winxp sp3 home edition

Please provide any additional information below.

Clicked "OpenHardwareMonitor.exe",but it not run.

Please attach an OpenHardwareMonitor.Report.txt, which can be created with
"File / Save Report" in the Open Hardware Monitor folder.

No OpenHardwareMonitor.Report.txt File.
