7 years ago Hi Ms.Hon, First is recipe item should be tagged as an inventory item to enable account count entry. Pleas see attached pdf doc (How to create Production.pdf) to see step by step guide on doing this. Then, to keep it simple I enable search button on item list to enable Ms. Kathy to add produce item count. (see costcenteractualcountadditem.png for reference)

Hi Dick,
Please give us your advise on how to get through with the postings of actual counts for items under production.
We already have the counts last April yet haven't entered it since items not found yet on the system.. just got it on June ending after the production entry is available to use.
Our concern is on the posting of actual counts. Can system allow us to set up another beginning balance as of June for the said items only. This is only our pending for June coz system won't allow as to have another month for the set-up.
What would be the best way to do it? When we open April at cost center beg balance set-up, items can't be found since, these were only created by Chef ending of June.
ASAP please... and thank you.
