levels need to be created a. What needs to be there for the object to exist. (w/o this info it is non-sense)? b. What needs to be there for the information to be shared and make senses on read-in? c. What needed to be there for different sharing use cases? c. ei. What needs to be there for a synthetic biology experiment to be replicated?
