SBOL3 support in dnaplotlib #4

Background

dnaplotlib is software to visualize genetic designs using SBOL Visual. It does not yet support SBOL3 or SBOL Visual 3.

Goal

This project will upgrade dnaplotlib to support SBOL3 and SBOL Visual 3 in addition to SBOL2 and SBOL Visual 2. Correctness will be confirmed by reproduction of all of the examples in the SBOL Visual standard.

Difficulty Level 2

There is not likely to be anything super-tricky about this, but likely to be a lot of work to do.

Hi @jakebeal. I am Omar Elsherif. I love this project and want to take DNAplotlib to the next step and make it support SBOL3 and SBOL Visual 3. Currently, I am learning SBOL from this repo and will come back to see the next step as soon as possible. I hope to work on this project during SBOL industrial summer program. Thanks for all the help you provide

Hi @jamesscottbrown, @chofski, I am very excited to start working on this project. I have two years of experience using python for machine learning and data analysis. And now I am learning more about SBOL. So excited to start so kindly tell me your recommendation of what to do.
