The use of existing units from the the Ontology of Units of Measure should be encouraged #391

It should be noted in the spec that the Ontology of Units of Measure already provides thousands of units, and these units should be used where possible. If a unit does not exist in this ontology, then the measurement related data model should be used to create new units.

I think, adding a sentence or two highlighting the use of existing units would be sufficient.
