From section 7.10.1 Representing Cell Types:

This Component has a type of “cell” from the Gene Ontology (GO:0005623)

GO:0005623 term is obsolete as can be seen here (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/QuickGO/term/GO:0005623).

We need to replace that recommendation I open the discussion and suggest to use the term tyto.NCIT.Strain.
