Remove the PNG examples from SBOL Visual Ontology #218

The PNG examples do not work. The collective decision is to remove the PNG examples and leave the SVG examples.

@jamesscottbrown I thought you were going to run a SVG to PNG converter to get the PNG examples

I'll set up PNG generation instead.
