Errors in the documentation #341

The documentation of pySBOL3 has some pySBOL2 sections. One example is the PartShop which is not implemented in pySBOL3.

Are there other ones that you have noticed? We can chop out specifically noticed ones quickly, but a from-scratch read-through on the documentation will take longer to get to.

We copied the pySBOL2 files over in bulk so we had somewhere to start from. I unlinked a bunch of files from the navigation bar so they are inaccessible via navigation. This leaves them accessible via search though. I think we should move aside or delete all files that are not referenced from the navigation bar in index.rst. Then they won't be searchable. If we delete them we can always get them from pySBOL2 when the time comes.
