Edit Module and FunctionalComponent in web interface #100

One should be able to add, delete, and edit Module and FunctionalComponent members of a ModuleDefinition, in order to do things like define and correct a media recipe or the design of a sample.

im gonna disagree with the premise of this one. synbiohub isn't the place to do this. but will keep it open for sbh3 to return to if we want this capability
