improved zoom function & Drag and Drop #183

Hi,

1. I've improved the zoom function (allowing the user to zoom by pressing the 
CTRL-button and using the mousewheel)

2. I've added the possibility to open images using Drag and Drop

It is not IPLab's issue tracking system. It is AForge.NET framework's. Use 
proper one, since IPLab is a separate project on Google Code.
