Story: In order to create a transparent understandable terminology to be used within the context of the synaptitude scrum team it would be useful to create a quick reference confluence page to include scrum role scope and responsibility used within our project management system and how these are mapped to the project management tools we have adopted.
This can be implemented by consulting agile methodology literature and then distill what the roles mean in our context.
This could allow fluidity within the team where team members are able to fill shoes of others in their absence.
