Opening Large files #90

I just tried to load a B. Subtillus 168 from NCBI (AL009126). 4.2 MegaBases, 7.2 MegaBytes.

It loaded in GENtle, but then the JavaScript interpreter (Firefox) threw a "slow script" warning.

After I dismiss this, the files seems to lead fine. When I try to save back to Synbiota it fails without warning. I go back to Synbiota and the DNA sequence has not been saved.

Ok, despite getting the warnings from JavaScript I was able to open the file, and eventually save it back to Synbiota. @algrant we're definitely going to need to have feedback on the save commend. Would be ideal to have a progress bar so the user knows how long it will take to save, and to know that things are working properly.
