Fix stale states

these are in a few different areas

board page

• create stack (newstack)
• edit stack (stacksettings)
• delete stack (stacksettings)
• create card (assuming this is an issue)

myorg page

• new org (myorgs)

specific org page

• new board (orgdetail)

profile page

• delete org (profile/orglist)

essentially whenever anything is updated lmfao

okay here's what's what going on

board.tsx will be completely refactored

• add all requests to board page
• instead of just calling detailed board and hoping that the state changes correctly, have a state for each part of board (board, panels, stacks, cards)
• detailed board sets state initially but they are updated in other requests
• on any crud change, send request for the that thing (i.e. new card will send createCard request that will set currentCard or cards)
