added story points to card settings and when creating a card, it cannot be edited in card settings atm (not mvp tbh)
added select panel and stack options in card settings that moves the card to diff stacks based on what is selected in panel

the save button is supposed to be disabled if the stack is not selected because that will result in a 404 request error but i only now realized how to implement it and i don't feel like doing that rn. also not mvp just learn how to fill out a form
