Currently the logger does not log messages when they are deleted when the user is banned from the server.

could this be supported?

In fact logger does log such messages, check your settings & blacklist. You may have Cache Messages From Server option set to false. If you meant log messages disappearing after discord restart - #33 fixes this bug.
