exposes the petric.py backend (user changes to it will be ignored/overwritten)
- get_data() reader
- Dataset class passed to submitted algorithms
- MetricsWithTimeout excluding time to run our callbacks
updated main.py with a BSREM example (fixes #19)
updated SIRF_data_preparation/BSREM_*.py with new framework
