Call download_data.sh -m from first MR notebook #102

Fixes #98

Added bash cell to automatically run the download script for the MR data from the notebook.

I'm unsure about all these changes that come from commits where I did not change anything but basically had to commit or git would have been stuck. Is this good to merge?

Sorry, this has me always confused. I reverted the ugly commit, now it is the necessary changes only.
