rename repo to CCPPETMR-SuperBuild? #22

As discussed in our 14th software meeting. Motivation: the SuperBuild builds more than SIRF (gadgetron, ismrmrd-to-siemens etc).

Note that this updating of Wiki and other documentation

too dangerous to do this now. We'll postpone to after 0.9.0 release.

@casperdcl can we discuss how this fits in with your unification strategy? Name for the unified project might not be *SuperBuild anyway.

we can rename this to whatever we want, not sure what that has to do with unification...

  1. CCPPETMR/SIRF
  2. CCPPETMR/<whatever we call this>
  3. CCPPETMR/VM (ideally to be merged into 2)

move CCPPETMR_VM files into this repo. move its wiki files to SIRF wiki.

Not sure if we will ever do this. Depends on future and relation with other projects. I've therefore removed it from the milestone.

Think we can rename it to just SuperBuild. The way redirection works with github means previous clones should continue to work.
