c83bcf09b3c5210edd201bf26965c42701d33ba9 put zero_fill.sh again in https://github.com/SyneRBI/SIRF-SuperBuild/blob/6993e860fa53dd6c19355d98560e87d7e5587680/VirtualBox/scripts/first_run.sh#L36 In a0af5e7fcc4879aefaaff12848335cf84fc0a06d I had moved it out to a new clean_before_VM_export.sh. That one also removed the builds directory (as discussed in #101).

My reason to remove this from first_run.sh that when I build the VM for myself, I do want to configure GNOME etc, but no zero-fill etc.
