GHA: "go" failures on Ubuntu 20.04 #1177

https://github.com/SyneRBI/SIRF/actions/runs/4316431935/jobs/7532206389#step:8:459 I guess our installation of go fails on 20.04. Fixable? (I cannot remember). Otherwise we have to disable this version of Ubuntu for SIRF as well. (a pity)

In the short run we disable Ubuntu20.04.

In the longer term we could use gadgetron from a docker container, which would run gadgetron.
