GHA: add step to use a docker image to run Gadgetron #1179

As discussed in #1177 , in our GHA we should try to:

  1. add a step to download a Gadgetron docker image
  2. use that image to run gadgetron

As we now need the Gadgetron toolboxes for non-Cartesian MR, this is not a very useful thing to ahve anymore. We therefore won't do it.
