It looks like we currently cannot use LNCC etc, but only the default costfunction (NMI). This needs a call to UseLNCC etc, see e.g. https://github.com/KCL-BMEIS/niftyreg/blob/master/reg-apps/reg_f3d.cpp#L648-L661
