Fix pSTIR python tests #1276

I reverted (actually removed the commit) changing tests_two.txt which changed the stored results of https://github.com/SyneRBI/SIRF/blob/44ed35878e494f89112f11052c4828d886d4bed2/src/xSTIR/pSTIR/tests/tests_two.py#L38-L39 On GHA, we get 718, while on my desktop I get 723. Not sure why.
