port forward for Gadgetron #124

https://github.com/CCPPETMR/CCPPETMR_VM/blob/4536ce8db9409bd3575b79b3de08d0037cba769b/vagrant/Vagrantfile#L36 forwards 8888. Should add 9001 and 9002 for Gadgetron, removing one step for the user.

By the way, no need to do this before the PSMR course.
