This might also resolve #122 as it does default to Python3.
This also has CMake 3.16.3-1ubuntu1, so we should check the CMake version in INSTALL_CMake.sh what version is already present, and only if too old install our own. (We can easily stick to the same version, no immediate reason to get 3.17 yet as far as I know)
