INSTALL etc should be in documentation. Using_VM_as_server.md overlaps with a similar file in documentation. HELP.txt is outdated and obsolete (it is copied to the Desktop in UPDATE.sh but since Gnome, nobody sees it there anyway).
Note that when moving the files, the links in other files will have to be adapted.
