UPDATE.sh does not update SIRF_TAG #74

I introduced a bug in d95b9d73208906cf1f2cf74af66155b38c340011 where I replaced SIRF_TAG with SB_TAG everywhere. Result: the update no longer changes an existing SIRF checkout.
