Files loop

Adds new loop FILES_LOOP, designed to be used above structures (different to FILELOOP) and FSLOOP* expressions/expanders/etc

• Adds FLOOP_RECORDSIZE, FSLOOP_RECORDSIZE, FILE_RECORDSIZE to get the actually file structure size
• Adds new files first parameter (-ff) to start down files not structures
• Fixes issue where can claim to be invalid because a text node follows it
• Fixes issue where can't be used in a structure loop
• Fixes issue where TreeLogger tries to write to a streamwriter that does not exist
• Adds RecordSize to RpsFile
• Adds Merge() to RpsFileCollection
• Adds various UnitTests
• Add Oracle support (DATABASE_ORACLE)
• Add STRUCTURE_TAGS and unit test for it
• Fix subpaths in template names causing 'Path not found' errors
