Squid Proxy #341

This can be done manually however this goes against the simplicity of Synology devices and would fit nicely within your repository alongside HAProxy.

at the moment, I'm working and squid proxy integrating squidguard and squidclamav. I need a couple of weeks to finish this spk.

Very good idea. I know this package and it has very positive feedback form the users. The only my concern was bootstrap installation which already caused problems in my system several times. Since the last time it has happened I try to keep off bootstrap as far away as possible. That would be really great to have the option of this great soft without need of boostrap. I hope you are planning to include some sort of gui in the package? Best regards.

Just a bump on this. When will squidguard come out of private beta? I'm currently running squid on my synology but would like a gui of some kind to go with it.

@nounours44 just wondering if there has been any update on this, or if it will be coming out of private beta? Also, is there any way to join/access the private beta?

I am currently using the squidguard beta. I have configured squid for transparent proxy. While it is working well so far, it seems the pacakage hasnt been compiled with the transparent flag so its not enabled in the build and the log file keeps warning me such. Any chance of compiling with transparent mode enabled?
