That's not opensource but it may be possible...

Yes I know, Our biggest digital tv provider UPC, introduced Horizon TV, and Horizon should work "perfectly" with Twonky.(well according to UPC) I think a lot of people will appreciate this package for the diskstation

I installed it manually and it works fine and pretty fast...
