Can you please confirm the version you are using from the wrb interface?
Also, if you use recent hdhomerun device i would recommend using them in iptv mode such as http://192.168.x.y/lineup.m3u
I find it simpler and more efficient. One thing though is that you need to reboot your hdhomerun once every little while as there seems to be an issue and loosing channels after a month or so.
Edit: lastly, this looks like an upstream bug. Can you look into tvheadend bug database and see if something similar already exists?

Also I had a look into tvheadend bug database and did not find any similar issues!
Have you tried the work-around of using the lineup.m3u URL in IPTV mode as mentioned above?
Hello @th0ma7,
Yes. But some channels for some reason are not working with my HDHomeRun in iptv m3u mode.
Is this a new Bug?
Package Name
TVHeqadEnd
Package Version
4.2.8
Device Model
DS720+
Device Architecture
x86_64
Firmware Version
7.2-64561
What happened?
TVHeadEnd Synocommuniti package instaled in a Synology NAS DS720+. TVHeadEnd always changes the type of HDHomeRun network from the correct one ISDB-T to DBV-C. I always have to delete the adapters configuration to reset it. This happens every time a reboot is required of after a normal NAS shutdown and then restart.
