We need to

AVFoundation - OTIO

OTIO -> AVFoundation

[x] Read timecode from AVAssets
[x] Adjust any CMTime / CMTimeRanges / CMTimeMappings accordingly
[ ] Potentially add a timecode track to our AVCompositions which supports the OTIO timeline global start time via TimecodeKit?
