As a user, I want to be notified of new content in the subreddits that I've chosen so that I can keep up to date with my subs.

Acceptance

[x] when the poll obtains new posts or content, a notification is sent to the user listing the relevant subs

For the first release, I'm not too worried about trying to create a digest or do anything really fancy. After people use it, we'll see what makes sense in terms of how notifications are presented and what the UX should be around them.

For now a simple "New content found at /r/{subreddit}, ... and /r/{subreddit}." notification should be sufficient.
