Fix Canary Island group locations #8

Great job! It's right that in Canary Island there are 3 groups but it's different that how you show on the map... There is one on Gran Canaria (Slackline Canarias - SlackCan), another one in Tenerife (Slackline Tenerife) and another one in La Palma (Slackline La Palma - SlackRiders)... We use to do projects together because actually we are a big family ;) Thanks for your work!
