fix: added `usingCn` flag to `ComponentPreview`

Description

I implemented an optional usingCn prop on ComponentPreview that will show step in how to add the cn function to a project.

Proposed Changes

• renamed lib/utils.ts to utils/cn.ts which is more clear about what the file is for.
  • this includes renaming all imports that reference lib/utils
• added optional noExpand prop that hides the expand/minimize functionality on CodeGroup
  • this is so that I can use CodeGroup with smaller sections where the minimize adds clutter instead of functionality
• removed simple cn implementation in SimpleToggle.tsx in favor of actual cn function
• updated simple-toggle docs page to use the new usingCn flag
