feat: added `blocks` section

moved five components to new blocks section: Features Footer Logo Cloud Pricing Testimonial

Proposed Changes

• created new blocks folders in showcase and (docs) folders
  • moved the five sections above from components to blocks in showcase and (docs)
• created a new ui-group for the blocks and moved the appropriate cards
• updated Navigation to include new blocks section
• updated page.tsx and page.mdx to include new blocks section
• updated appropriate hrefs around the site for the modified items
