Ghost items sometimes left in machines #13

Description After removing an item from a machine, sometimes a ghost copy of the stack is left behind. It disappears upon interaction, or if the screen is closed and reopened. No actual items are duplicated.

Expected Behavior When an item is removed from a slot, the item is removed the slot.
