Following the topic of #11, multiple -different- entries on a LList could be chosen for a single spawn event. This feature would be to add some intelligence/relationships to what's chosen as the follow up entries. Perhaps if a bandit spawns, it would be more likely to spawn more bandits from the same faction, rather than a truly random selection from the same overarching list. This would result in more sane clusters of still varied spawns, and reduce infighting between npcs in a spawn.
How this would be driven is another question. Matching factions perhaps.. or at least factions that don't want to fight. Probably some other ideas
