Duplicate spawn prevention #13

With the extra spawn feature #11, it might be possible to accidentally spawn two of what is supposed to be a unique npc/item. Would be good to have some systems in place to prevent this. Manual marking of "unique" individuals would be worst case... but could be potentially crowdsourced into a super-list hosted somewhere? Might be some other clever things we can hook onto to detect if an entry is to be seen as unique
