Zone Variants #21

Slightly different than #14 or #15 Instead of being applied to an NPC/item variant (eg, this snow fox should only spawn in snow cells)

This feature would instead apply to a zone, rather than applying to an NPC/item. This would then apply changes to anything spawning in a zone (this fetid zone applies this disease to all npcs that spawn inside)

Additionally, this feature should offer the ability to add probabilities to attaching these changes? Eg, 50% chance of being diseased.
