It looks like SynthEBD can no longer find the textures files that were installed during config installation, implying that either you disabled or deleted the texture files in your mod manager (assuming you’re using one). Take a look at one of the many .dds file paths that are in the log you pasted and see if you can find them (keeping in mind that your mod manager will virtualize your mo2\mods or vortex staging folder as the Skyrim Special Edition\data folder).

it doesnt seem like the textures folder is there anymore, for some reason. I dont remember deleting it but w/e. So what do I do now?

Easiest thing is to just reinstall those config files.
