Network switch issue on Staking & Kwenta

Summary

Fix issue where switching to L2 on mobile sometimes appears to disconnect the connected wallet. A page reload is required in order to fix this.

Dev Tasks

• [x] Fix above issue by not using onboard.js on mobile

QA Tasks

• [ ] Load http://staking.synthetix.io on metamask mobile's dapp browser & connect wallet
• [ ] Open the sidenav
• [ ] Click "Switch to L2"
• [ ] Ensure page reloads, but the wallet becomes disconnected (the shortened address on the header doesn't show up)
• [ ] If the above doesn't occur, switch back to mainnet and repeat the above step
• [ ] -
• [ ] Repeat the above with https://staking-git-fix-mobile-net-switch-synthetixio.vercel.app
• [ ] Ensure the wallet doesn't disconnect on reload
• [ ] Repeat the above step and ensure the wallet still doesn't intermittently disconnect as in the above case

I, unfortunately, wasn't able to implement a proper fix for this.

it appears the PR for this has been closed https://github.com/Synthetixio/staking/pull/557 or already fixed or something, @clementbalestrat would your reccomend this issue be closed?
