[CHORE]: futures - update to latest FR calculation #363

Repurposing this issue to tidy up the variable conventions and the FR calculation post test net competition.

[x] Add units into parameter names (original chore).
[x] Update the FR calculation to always divide by the scaling constant, and never by the actual size.
[x] Update scaling constant to be denominated in USD.
